3rd-5th grade Mad Hatter Dance

The 3rd – 5th grade dance is March 20th from 7pm to 9pm. We will have a DJ, photo booth and refreshments! The theme is “Mad Hatter Tea Party” it is sure to be a fun time! All children must be accompany by an adult. Tickets are $ 10 for an adult and a child (AES Students only) and available for purchase soon. The ticket will cover your entrance, a water bottle and access to the on site photo booth.

Spirit Wear On Sale through September 20th

Spirit Wear will be sold at School Supply Pick Up, Open House, and Back to School Night.

Spirit Wear online sales are going on now through September 20th through Custom Ink. You can order online HERE for shirts, hats, and headbands.

 

Bows custom made for Abingdon by Lil’ Sweet Treats “Bow”tique can be purchased HERE until September 13th.

Laps for Learning Update

Because of the unexpected rain on Friday, October 5th, Afternoon Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st and 4th will have a makeup day on October 26th.  The schedule will remain the same:

Kindergarten                       11:55-12:40

4th grade                         1:10-1:55

1^st grade + Pre-K            2:00-2:45

As of 10/5 we have passed our goal of $25,000! We will still be accepting cash and online donations through 10/12!  Classes still have the opportunity to earn extra recess just by registering your child and lunch in the courtyard by reaching their classroom goal.
